Occasionally we will put a special blog on a Saturday. I will try to mention it on Friday's blog - but neglected to do so yesterday. We try to put these on a week a head.

2: Sunni Arab leaders aghast at Iran
deal, Saudis publicly blast it as “worse than the U.S. deal with North Korea”
and warn deal will wreak havoc in the Middle East. So says Joel Rosenberg.
Egyptian,
Jordanian, and Gulf leaders are privately stunned and angered by the recent moves
of the Obama administration, especially with regards to Iran, yet they have
also been cautious in their public comments.
The Saudis have been more verbal and have been quietly working with the
Sunni leadership of Pakistan to potentially buy nuclear warheads from the
Pakistanies if the world community didn’t find a way to cut off Iran’s pathway
to the Bomb.
I draw your attention to Zechariah’s words “Now this will be the plague with
which he Lord will strike all he peoples who have gone to war against
Jerusalem; their flesh will rot while they stand on their feet and their eyes
will rot in their sockets, and their tongue will rot in their mouth”. (Zech. 14:12). My aunt, a nurse in the South Pacific when
the WWII ended, was dispatched with her medical team to care for the survivers
of the atom bomb devastation said this is a perfect description of what she
found. The skin had literally melted off
the bones of the people.
And now for the good news. ”The Lord said “It is not for your sake, O
house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which you have
profaned among the nations where you went.
I will indicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned
among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the
Lord, declares the Lord God, “when I prove Myself holy among you in their
sight” (Ezek. 22b – 23.
And now for the promise of the day “I, the Lord have spoken and I will do it”
(v. 36).
Blessings,
Gramps
